While closely related to spinach and beets, Chard, commonly referred to as Swiss Chard, takes on a more pungent and robust flavor. Chard packs a huge amount of Vitamins and Minerals and is naturally high in sodium, as well as goodness from Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Vitamin K, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B2, Folate, Thiamin, Calcium, Magnesium, Iron, Manganese, Potassium, Phosphorus, Zinc, Copper, Protein and Fiber!

Final vlog before I officially begin the Master Cleanse. Completed the pre-cleanse successfully and am feeling inspired.
